I learned a lot about learning from the DIY ethic when I was making music in a indie band. Then I learned what to do about not knowing from working with great people in startups and tech.

From scaling teams in rapid-growth, and from working with consumer internet giants, I learned to prioritize learning. I also learned how hard this can be from helping Fortune 100 companies to do the same.

Most of all, I realize that I still don't know all that much. So I'm still learning to learn better!

I love building great product and software teams by making people better.
